There are good environment .
Seminary Walk is q u i e t. Any issues I had with things breaking (due to wear and tear, not because of the complex itself) was handled by the property management company very quickly. The grounds are maintained very well and each building has electronic entry control. Parking was never an issue, and the price is good for the area. If I didn't have an expanding household and needed more space, I would have stayed there for much longer. If you can - get a third-floor unit so you can get the skylights.
