Had a not so great experience in store. Made an appointment and the person who met us seemed to be distracted and not familiar with my project details even though I had filled out a form in advance and made an appointment. I very quickly realized she couldn’t help me anyway because they primarily deal with IKEA cabinets but that was not made clear on the website. I'm really glad I found this company to help me keep my discontinued IKEA cabinets in tip top shape. I can't wait to get my order fulfilled and see how excellent my kitchen will look with the refresh.
We purchased quite a lot of SHM Sarah Sherman product for our kitchen and ADU remodel. We are now experiencing delaminating cabinets. These are in dry locations and were professionally installed. While SMH has offered to replace the defective product they have refused to repair it. Replacement will cost us hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars. This company is very fraudulent. They issue a refund, and they recharge again—issues with communication and product. Please do not bother with them!
I am adding more to the review due to the owner's response. I have reached out three times to them in the past month, and they just decided to issue a refund two days ago after I left them a Google review and filed a chargeback. Still to this date there is not refund from Semihandmade, but the bank will take care of them. Do not trust them, as they cannot stop themselves from lying. This company is a total joke!
