Kevin Ryan and his team just completed a renovation at our home in Birch Bay Village this week. Kevin and his team were very professional, in fact outstanding. No, it is not fake. I don't want to elaborate because of vindictiveness, and this is a small city. Work was on time but mediocre.
Kevin Ryan is wonderful to work with. He expanded our ideas for a patio and solved site access and material installation problems. All issues, scheduling and permitting were always clearly communicated. We are very happy with our patio. Let the fall fire pit be lit!
