Called to see what their rates were and the lady that answered asked " what do i want" and then when i asked for the rates she huffed and hung up the phone in my face. Not professional at all. Will find someone else who wants to do service. Horrible customer service.
Extremely rude and unprofessional
Guy answers phone and hangs up on me 1/2 way through me telling him about my need for a wrecker. Call back goes straight to a voice mail box that’s full. Why advertise a service if you have no intent to do it? If “zero” stars were possible....
My driver tried to arrange their services, and they told him that they needed payment in advance. We sent them the payment and then they never showed up to do the work. When we tried to contact their company, the person who answered was very rude and unhelpful. Do not trust this company!
