They STOLE $550 by asking for a Comcheck before they went out to tow our equipment. They refused to take credit card or check (which is pretty typicaly for towing companies). However, they immediately cashed the Comcheck and NEVER SHOWED UP FOR THE TOW. This company is NOT LEGITIMATE and they are simply scam artists. This is not an actual company - stay away!
SHOP HAS SOME IDIOT ANSWERING THE PHONE THAT DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO BUSINESS. WHEN INQUIRING ON YOUR TRUCK IF YOU GET THROUGH YOU GET CUSSED OUT AND TOLD TRUCK IS NOT THERE. AND THE ADDRESS THATS LISTED IS NOT WHERE THEY BROUGHT OUR TRUCK WHEN THEY TOWED IT. THEY BROUGHT TRUCK TO HACKENSACK NJ. EVIDENTLY THERE IS SOMETHING NOT PROPER WITH THIS SHOP AND SHOP DEFINITELY NEEDS INVESTIGATED BY THE BBB AND WHOEVER TO SHUT THEM DOWN.DO NOT CALL THEM FOR HELP. THEY ARE HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH.
