I called to ask about getting a price to get a dwnt out of my car door and they didnt give a chance to finish my sentence and said we dont fix doors and hung up they are so rude and disrespectful

I got a semi truck, broked down on a freeway, called 3 shops no one could tell me the problem and sent me to a Volvo dealership which was the closest 130 miles. And I called the 4th, which was this company, talked to Dennis, and he told me the issue right away and picked me up with towing in 30 min. Ordered the parts and it got here next day all the way from Atlanta,GA. Repaired it right away and got me back on the road!!! Saved me lots of $$$ dealer told me way higher price. THANK YOU (SEMI TRUCK REPAIR) DENNIS!!!

Worst experience ever, i called ahead of time to ask how busy they are since im driving a semi truck and i am loaded with over 600 miles to go, i am told they can start working on my truck as soon as i get there.... once i get there, firat there is no space for a semi with a trailer, second there was 3 trucks ahead of me, third i was told i needed to replace the pinion seal and about 3 hrs later came to find out the differential casing needed to be replaced too but was not gonna be there until noon the following day.... next... read more
