This is an amazing company! I am blessed to work for such wonderful people. I would not be happy working anywhere else!! Semi-Trailer Big Box not only cares about their employees, but they care about their customers. After all, without customers where would we be?? This is why this company has been in business for over 25 yrs, they have to be doing something right!!!
Horrible experience! I had to do all of the communication (like pulling teeth!) No communication, for contract sales; how their process flows for delivery; scheduling of delivery; or delivery info on date of delivery; and more....Then, their forklift broke down on 1st scheduled day of delivery. Then, the truck broke down on 2nd date of delivery. Nobody bothered to call me-- I had to reach out for all forms of communication.
