Crystal is the only competent person here. When you call to talk to a nurse they sometimes don't return your call or they say they'll talk to the doctor for you and never do. It sometimes takes weeks to get a prescription refilled. They just want to get your out the door as fast as possible. I have been unable to breathe out of my one nostril for about 10 years. New people. No idea what's going on. Terrible scheduling. No respect for your time!
Was here on Friday September 4th at 9:45 a.m. The blonde hair lady at the window was the rudest person I've ever dealt with! She acted like I was a bother for her to do her job! I liked this place better when Mrs Conrad was at the window! The blonde lady needs fired!
