Let me start by saying that Dr Semegran provides a through eye examination. She goes over and beyond any eye doctor. He assistant is excellent for help. She is worth 5 Stars. As for the rest of the team....worthless. This practice is owned by another business now. This staff does nothing. I was in to get my eye exam. I needed new glasses. I brought the frame with me. The tested me and sent the frame out. They told me the date it was to come back. Two weeks later I still had no glasses. I was told they would be there the foll... read more

Honestly have never had such a terrible experience with a doctor. I forgot to write a review a while back but it was so awful I still feel like I need to write this. I went to Dr Semegran multiple times and always thought she was a bit rude. The last time I went in to pick up contacts she wasn't there and I listened to her berate her receptionist over the phone for a mistake that wasn't her fault. She tried to make me pay extra bc the company sent them to wrong contacts (the ones that came were more expensive) and I was ther... read more
Dr. Semegram took me in right away when I called the office with an emergency. I was a first time patient. She took the time to answer my questions and reassured me that my eye would heal. I would highly recommend her practice to everyone I come across.
