Like many produce warehouses, the product was not ready at my appointment time and I had to wait several hours. The yard is a large dirt lot with dust everywhere,However, once I got a dock, loading was quick and finished in about 30 minutes. Better planning and having freight ready on time would help drivers a lot.
Unbelievable because these guys lie alot. They keep on giving the time after 3-4 hours and everytime have the same answer that it’s not ready yet and is going to be ready in 3-4 hours. I have been waiting here since yesterday evening. I came here at 6pm and first they said it’s going to be ready at 9pm. Then at 9pm they said we’ll tell you tomorrow in the morning. I went to the office in the morning at 8am they said it’s going to be ready at 12-1pm then now they said it’s going to be at 5-6 pm. Like seriously I don’t believe... read more
