Showed up the night before for a 10am pickup, the next day. Loaded and on the road by 7am. Very nice people.
Was worried after reading reviews regarding appt times and long waits. I had an open window appt, 8-3, on my load confirmation sheet. I arrived around 8:30 and checked in, docked, loaded, checked out and on my way in less than an hour with 24 pallets. Thanks, great job
