Was worried after reading reviews regarding appt times and long waits. I had an open window appt, 8-3, on my load confirmation sheet. I arrived around 8:30 and checked in, docked, loaded, checked out and on my way in less than an hour with 24 pallets. Thanks, great job

If you don't have an appointment, do not come over they only load truck with appointment you are allowed to come over 30 minutes before appointment people are unpleasant here, I asked one man, could they load me earlier, they barely answered me, they don't load before appointment
