My wife and i wanted to take the opportunity to express the Sunsetter awning that Semco installed on the back of our home. Our house gets so waem in the afternoon and evening, that without the air conditioning running, the living room was unusable. John Lemcke from Semco offered us several options to resolve our overheating issues, with the Sunsetter awning. We purchased the motorized unit with the wind sensor option.
