We have 2 dogs we have been taking to this surgery for 7 years and quite often they run late, it happens. Last time we waited 45 minutes for our appointment. Yesterday, i was running late due to traffic and rang to advise same. The response was you need to rebook. I suggested they take the next appointment in & I’d follow after that - same patients, same number of appointments, just a swap.
