I have had one good haircut at Semaines, however there’s no consistency, care or respect for customers. 5 days before Christmas they cancelled my haircut, via email, no phone call so I turned up having not seen the email. My hairdresser didn’t even recognise me. This is not the first time she’s completely forgotten who I am. Don’t waste your time with this hair salon, it’s 2 days before Cmas and now I have to greet my family with a mop.
Finding my hairdresser on the Gold Coast took a little while and over the past 2 years Semaines Spa has become my happy place that I love to share with friends. I feel heard when expressing my needs and together we make a plan for how to achieve the desired results with the health of hair and feeling good always a key element. I highly recommend the team at Semaines Spa.
