Firm trying to keep 500 Million, yes 1/2 Billion dollars of indigenous money that should be distributed across all of the 21 communities that are part of the Robinson Huron Treaty. This is pure greed, and certainly doesn't align with indigenous values. 44 Million is at best what they are entitled to, which is 4 times their actual cost.. which apparently isn't enough. Disgusting, and shocking behavior. I suggest no indigenous group or person, or anyone really uses them. They will take advantage of you.

very professional and sensitive people. very respectful update: they held my late father's identification hostage until we paid 500$. this was Not mentioned in the initial agreement which we already paid almost 300$ for her to file court documents. I know Don personally and expected more sensitive treatment regarding my late father's dayschool claim.

I most certainly do not recommend this law firm nor the lawyer Donald !!! His arrogance and demeaner has showed high disrespect towards a Hereditory and Grandmother Council member of a Ojibwe First Nation Anishanabwe Kwe
