This office is abysmal. A joke. I have been going back and forth for a prior authorization on a medication, with three different offices, (Publix, my insurance, and this office). We are approaching 2 weeks now. And although I have been told it as been taken care of per Dr.Kosseifi's staff, my insurance is STILL telling me they haven't received any prior authorization. UTTER WASTE OF MY TIME! I am suffering from insomnia. I wish they could understand what it is like night after night fighting for a decent nights rest. Unreal.... read more

This morning was my 1st visit with Dr. Kosseifi. He was very knowledgeable, kind and thorough. We need more Dr's like him. I had not stepped back inside the hospital since my mom passed away there in July, and I was not ok emotionally this morning but him, his staff, especially his MA Jessica were very nice calming.
Dr. Kosseifi was amazing. He introduced himself, had my case studies, and explained my options. He went over every option thoroughly. I am so happy that he was recommended to me by my primary care physician at Holy Cross. Katherine Murray
Dr. Kosseifi is the kind of physician we need. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he takes the time to explain things well. Kosseifi took the time and effort to study my case and history. His upbeat manner and thoroughness took away any anxiety. I highly recommend him.
