The shaft of our frontier tiller on our JD 1025R tractor was bent so we had Midwest Machinery pick it up to fix it. They wanted to replace the entire shaft assembly which was not necessary since the shaft section was available. My husband spoke to the service manager (who fails to return phone calls) and told him the bend shaft piece could be replaced by cutting it out and putting a new one in. World class service
Can never seem to order the right part the first time. Do not have their full attention when you’re trying to explain the part you need and they forget to order other parts make you wait for shipping to the store and you are lucky to get a call back the same day the part show up if not, two days. Not pleased at all with this buisness
