The team at SEMS have just finished installing our solar system and I cannot talk highly enough of the way that this went. We received excellent advice at the beginning and during the installation and were part of the design all throughout the process. The three days that the job was done were horrible. It was hot and humid here in DARWIN and the guys went up on the roof and smashed out the installation with a minimum of fuss and bother leaving no mess and no trace that they had even been here. the system is performing fault... read more

Grub doing really good job This man need get pay raise! Really clean, fast and good service!
Terrible customer service. I had a warranty claim on a fan for my Fronius Inverter after I contacted SEM Darwin regarding a fault with the solar power system. They attended on 2/2/24 and found a fault with the fan. That visit cost $289. Then after multiple calls over four weeks I finally got told Fronius will replace the fans asap. Every time I rang I got a runaround. On one call I was told I the person I needed to speak to was not available and I would get a call back. We found SEM tradesmen very well trained, efficient and professional. They went about their work quietly knowing exactly what to do and in what order the assembly for the solar system would take for our 3 level house. The site was left spotless on completion.
