Mark is a wonderful clinician and human being. He has always provided first rate professional service and is a very personable man working in what I now understand can be difficult and demanding conditions and dealing with pet owners. Previously I wrote an insensitive review adverting to the lack of emergency care for animals in the Blue Mountains area.
