STAY AWAY! They took my money. Scheduled colonoscopy and endoscopy. Make me take the preoperative treatment. Take time off from work. I show up to my Scheduled procedure only to tell me it has been canceled. The day before they see up take my money to cancel. Total BS
The most terrible patient service, follow up and Doctor retiring don’t care about patients concerns, the assistant it’s so rude and unprofessional than left me without appointment before his retirement and with many questions about my health!
The office staff follow up is NEGLIGENT. I was supposed to receive follow up on giving results of blood test and get me scheduled for another test the Doctor recommended. I have called multiple times a week since the middle of December 2024 and the office does not call back. I never received my results or was scheduled for the additional test, that there Doctor recommended. I will be reporting the office and finding a new Doctor. This is unfortunate. I been a patient of Dr. Selub for over 8 years and he has always been an excellent Dr. Very professional, explains all in straight detail, caring and understanding. I recommend his service.
