Highly recommend Selsdirect,was our first purchase and won't be our last. Bought a king size bed and went together quite easily. Speaking to Sel's after a follow up call he explained about all the extra strength that had been built into these beds, I could see by how solid and rigid the frame was. Customer service was excellent thanks Sel's. PS the headboard wings are inside the headboard
