Asked for my documents for my bankruptcy and I was told because they didn’t receive my other child’s social I can’t get it and then called me the next day for me to send over his social like forcing but trying to be nice about it then wanted to go over on how she would send me my documents after I send the social like that should have been sent and on top of that why ain’t nobody call to see about a social before now ! Great company and if you want your taxes done right I highly recommend them! I’ll be telling all my friends they get you a high refund for less than the other competitors!
Emily is the best tax preparer very professional and nice and great customer service i love her she’s been filling my taxes for 4-5yrs now
THe service was fast and efficient. My preparer educated me on EVERYTHING I didn’t know walking in. Anytime I had a question of any sort the responses were in a very timely fashion. I have no complaints and I do recommend. I’ll be back in February lol
