I can't ignore this situation. I had been bringing my BMW here for summer/winter tire and oil changes which were fine. The problems started with the brake job I had over the Christmas holiday in 2025. They replaced all 4 brakes and the job was fine until I went to swap my winter for summer tires in April at a different location and that garage could not remove two wheels because several bolts were over torqued.
