Gabe was awesome; he was very knowledgeable and attentive to all my questions. Gabe went out of his way to make sure that my vehicle was serviced correctly. I did not buy my Chevy from Selman, however, because of the service I received, I'm going to the first place next time I'm in the market to purchase

Their booking system for service loses appointments and they let you sit in scortching heat in their parking lot for 1 hour bouncing you around from person to person if you dare asking what is going on. Needless to say, I left and will take my car and my money elsewhere.
They charged me $195 for a car wash (and a vehicle inspection and diagnosis that was useless) which led to a repair estimate to replace a part for $900. I declined the repair and took the vehicle to a different repair shop. This other shop charged only $150 for a BETTER vehicle inspection with photos and measurements and a BETTER diagnosis AND FIXED THE ISSUE FOR FREE without replacing a part... without an unnecessary repair. This is the second bad experience I've had with this service center at Selman
