Good price and good service
The staff is very friendly and our dog was at ease w/them. Unfortunately when the Vet walked in and went towards our dog, he got nervous and gave a low growl. We put a muzzle on him, and the Vet still didn't even put a hand on him. He never tried to ease our dog's nerves, and after expressing that he was too aggressive to handle, (our dog was muzzled at this point, and never growled again), only visually diagnosed our dog's limp. Pet Emergency Mauled incident...turned out worse than anticipated but price did not go too much further than estimate...luckily they were open and I had my pet looked at DR was emmediately assesing my pup, and talked to me about possible issues and allowed for queationes and patient history...He seen my pup same day !and dropped off and picked up after surgery same day.
