Honestly gave this place a another chance but still no change. It would be appreciated to have a vet who is willing to be empathetic and have more of a nicer attitude. Plus to top it off it’s pretty hard to understand what the vet is saying especially as he explains important information and you try to follow along the details of my pet’s health. We took our senior dachshund for teeth removal. We brought her back twice more and have complete faith in the staff.
Vet and techs lack compassion and customer service skills. I went here a few times and the Vet himself lacks compassion and doesn’t seem to care about his clients or their pets. The last time I was here the tech left the door open and my carrier opened up and my cat escaped into their break room and told a tech she ran in there. I ran after her and another tech went in there and looked around for 1 minute before saying “they’re not in here” and left the door open potentially allowing my cat to escape and get lost again. One of the comments said that this clinic doesn't turn down emergency. Well they do. Those other positive reviews are very misleading. Only come to this place if there's Nothing wrong with ur dog and u only need vaccine shots only. Other then that this place is no help.
