Parts department are really great guys. Service department are a completely crooked and will not hesitate to rip you off. I went in for a tune up and they tried to tell me that my oil pan is stripped and they need to replace it immediately for 600 plus labor. I told them I'd put it on myself only to find out nothing was wrong with it in the first place. I returned the oil pan.
