This dealer has definitely gone down hill. The wait time for service is ridiculous. They always try to sell you something that your doesn't need (air filters). I change mine before going there. I've been trying to get a appt. for a recall issue and they don't answer or return calls. I'll NEVER buy a car here again!!!! Thanks for nothing.

Took my car in for a recall. They lost the key, and we waited for hours. When key was found, 2 miles down the road the engine broke on our car. It was perfect before the recall

Terrible experience so far. Dropped off my vehicle for an engine concern almost two weeks ago with no updates, hasn’t even been looked at. Service said they called us but no missed call or voicemail. There is zero communication and we are down a vehicle. It’s one thing to be busy, another to have no communication or care for the customer. The estimate for diag also somehow changed from $199 to $299 across two different phone calls. I bought Hyundai Tucson Hybrid from Hyundai Selma. All sales representative are very good. but my representative AP singh was very good to me and very cooperative, good behavior, polite. He guide me about every function and features of the car. Tucson is enriched with good high features. Very smooth to drive. Thank you AP singh and all other staff members to guide me and assist me to choose a good car with a reasonable price with good discount.
