I do not recommend this place very bad service i just got the run around service writers not wanting to take my car say that they have to much warranty work that why they won’t take me in I ask to speak to manager i was just getting past around to a different service writer very disappointing i use to work here many years ago customer service has gone way down so if you looking the run around come here … I eventually took my car to Hyundai of Lithia and there service was incredible I strongly recommend Hyundai of Lithia
Federico Gomez provided excellent service today on my Hyundai Elantra recall. That man deserves a raise!
They’ll keep your vehicle for weeks with zero updates and zero work done on it and if you call to ask they’ll call you to let you know your car is ready just for it to have no work done on it because “you keep insisting” according to the MANAGER.
Editing my previous review because my week with this place has been very frustrating, deceiving, and stressful. I took my car in for an oil change and tire alignment on Saturday, 10/11/25. My car was making a metal clashing noise already, but we did not address this at the Saturday appointment because I know diagnostics are not done on Saturdays.
