I don't know who the receptionist is that I had the displeasure of speaking with this afternoon, 9/3/26 at approximately 1pm, but you need to take her off the phone. Please read before shopping here to save yourself. Every car in the lot has $3,000+ in added features to increase dealer markup. The salespeople are really nice and will try to work with you, but the manager wasn't a professional with us. He came off dishonest, rude, and handled himself poorly during negotiation. Came in today to look at the Hyundai Sonata 2026 Hybrid Blue. Thomas was amazing! He brought out multiple cars and took the time to explain the different features. I’ve been to several agencies and this was the only one where they took the time to show me the cars. Thomas should work for commission! Thank you for an amazing experience
