RecommendedProfessional, friendly, efficient, explanations clear and easy to understand, procedure was very fast and not uncomfortable with superior quality of imaging, results available to ordering physician in 24 hours, facility clean, adhered to COVID-19 guidelines
I called early morning, during lunch and late afternoon. I was never able to speak to anyone. Each time you call they say there’s a blank number people ahead of you, please hold. Each Time I waited over 15 minutes the final time I waited 20 minutes before giving up. I never was able to speak to anyone at this office. They clearly do not have patients in mind. Next time I need imaging services I will ask my physician to send me elsewhere.
