Chris was very accommodating , helped with negotiating the final sale price and the closing dates. I appreciate is calm, friendly but professional manner, often going out of his way to help with open house and changing batteries on my smoke detectors. I would recommend Chris as a real estate agent
I am leaving this review as I feel that future tenants should be fully aware of the way this company chooses to operate and communicate with its customers. Poor communication and disorganized lease management is an understatement. They may facilitate purchasing with grace, but rentals are not their forte. We were not informed about required HOA approval steps with Marquesa Isles (one of the communities in which SellState leased) until the last minute, which nearly delayed lease execution.
