Jacqueline Smith is the best realtor ever, she is the most caring considerate and respectful , patient and ALWAYS on top of things. If I could give her 10 stars I would, I highly recommend her and this agency, the best selling and buying in the same day experience I have ever had, just absolutely amazing service and personable. :):)
We love Realtors but Very unethical and we faced ethics violations. As an agent there are "fiduciary duty" by law to look out for your interests. Not in this case. Did an NCNDA WITH Suzette Weddington @ Sellstate Next generation Realty Ocala after working with a Home for sale together. The seller agreed to pay our team to bring a buyer. My realtor, Joseph Renda, was very knowledgable helping me with my search for a house and property in Marion County. I had a difficult time finding the right property for my husband and I and Mr. Renda was able to locate many properties to show us, which led to the perfect one.
