Jaclyn is very knowledgeable,polite and listens. I could tell that she cares.
I recently met with Mr. Borland reguarding a family matter. Mr.Borland was professional and infomative. I was very appeciative of his expertise and how he presented intormation that was easily understandable.
Couldn’t even make it past the response I received when trying to get their business. The paralegal that responded has no customer service skills whatsoever. Good thing they are not the only attorneys in Hibbing. I gave them the second star since she was kind enough to reply. Boo!!! Try another practice!
