My husband and I hired Selling Your Estate Inc. through our realtor Fred Evans. When the new buyers of the house stated that Claudio was a tough negotiator but fair, we felt that we needed to support him like he supported us. The new buyers wanted everything for nothing and we are glad that Selling Your Estate conducted an estate sale and made the new buyers paid the required price of the items. If you planning to buy some stuff with these guys, stay away. Claudio give crazy prices on the items. For example, if you want a screw driver, he will try to sell it for 5 dollars and stick with that price, however you can get it at home depot for $3 Brand New. One of the worse places to visit an estate sale if you want to get good prices if Claudio with SELLING YOUR ESTATE is the one running the place. You can trust them. They actually care. They love what they do. They are great at what they do. They love each other and they are good to their dogs. If you need help and need full service, your angels are Maggie and Claudio.
Can’t say enough good things about this company and its owners, Claudio and Maggie. I needed to sell my deceased parents’ home in Camarillo, California. I literally flew out there from my home in North Carolina on a one-way ticket, not having any idea how long I would need to be gone.
