If you have a choice, I would definite recommend avoiding them. They have invoiced me $2k for a carpet that was already stained when I moved in. They blame everything on the landlord but seem to always side with the landlord anyways. My moving out experience has been horrible with them to a point where we have to go to VCAT to get our bond money back. Stay away guys!
