We worked closely with Lauren and Chris over the course of several months to find a Kiawah vacation home. They were extremely patient and helpful with us during the process while we figured out what we wanted. Unlike a lot of realtors, they weren't at all pushy and let us make our decisions on our own timeline. Without question perhaps some of the most trustworthy and transparent realtors I've known in my 24yrs in Charleston; even when/if it happens to go against their own self interests. Few other teams or people in the local real estate industry value long term relationships as sincerely as these guys do & I can't recommend them enough.
I cannot recommend Lauren Dion enough. Her knowledge of the market, professionalism and kindness are truly one of a kind. She went above and beyond for us and we will be using her for all future transactions!
