Ronnie, Cindy, and Jim are the consummate professionals at Sellers tile. They all work as a team, communicate well to each other, the installers and customer, and are very customer service centric. Recently, we had luxury vinyl placed in two bedrooms and natural stone tile in two bathrooms. The process was seamless. Great selection, quick delivery, and can store inventory until your ready for it
Tile they sold me was DEFECTIVE and they wouldn’t do anything to try and remedy the situation. Your response is not true. The contractor installed it correctly. When he removed the spacers the tile finish came off with the spacers. The tile finish should not come off when removing tile spacers. We have built 2 homes, totally remodeled 5 condos, and remodeled bathrooms in numerous rental properties and have NEVER had this happen. You didn't care to do anything to help resolve the problem.
