We had a great experience with Fox Subaru Macomb. Everyone we worked with was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our salesman Nathan Crystal was great to work with. I would definitely recommend Fox Subaru Macomb.
This place is the epitome of a sleazy, lying dealership. I absolutely love my Subaru Forester but the dealership has made it a nightmare. Keep that in mind if you are thinking of buying one. You’ll probably have to drive to Troy to get it serviced if you want honesty. I had a great experience at Fox Subaru. I purchased a 2014 CRV today. James Nichols was my sales person. Very professional, knowledgeable, not pushy, helpful, and reasonable. He listened to my priorities in a vehicle and things that didn’t matter to me. They allowed me to have this car checked out by my mechanic before purchasing (which was a deal breaker if I couldn’t).
