I was told I got a discount and put money down so you would feel I would not be in the negative with 3 payments left. I can't get anybody to even talk to me about another car saying I was terribly ripped off. They will only roll payments into another lease saying I am buried. I am talking all dealers said this. Never again.
Fox Subaru is an amazing dealership and repair facility. Had brought a few vehicles from them and their service department is one of the best I've seen. Open, honest, and go above and beyond to make sure my vehicles and myself are taken care of. I recently had transmission issue due to a recall for the transmission and they were able to get me a new one at no cost to myself. The truth is very bad my experience I went to buy a car with my boyfriend and they didn't have the car ready to see it we went from very far away and they warned us minutes before the appointment not to go because they didn't have it ready that we better go later, then for the shipment of the car they said one day and then it was time to call so that they told us because the car didn't arrive and that it was going to be another day and the car was very nice and everything but they cleaned it badly and some things were not fi... read more
This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had hands down. I visited 2 other area Subarus and had the typical car salesman runaround and overall slimy feel. Then, by chance, I found Sidney at Fox Subaru. She is smart, chill, resourceful, and confident. There was no pressure and at no time did I feel uncomfortable.
