Sarah at the front desk was not very helpful and very arrogant . Would not recommend going if she’s working
We bought a new motorhome in Saskatoon at a different dealer and on our maiden voyage found a wire to the water pump was disconnected. We live hours from both Saskatoon and Lloydminster. We tried ourselves but could not fix the issue and when we went on our first trip we overnighted in Lloyd in the hopes of finding an RV service that could assist. I just called into this shop today to get a rough estimate on a repair. The lady on the service side did not seem too motivated to look into my requests. Seemed quite unprofessional. I did receive a call back from the service manager and explained the situation. This gentleman was extremely unprofessional And did not seem to want to take anything seriously. I will never bring any trailer I own to this establishment. I hope this is a one off situation otherwise I can’t see this place staying in business much longer.
We had trouble with our RV in Lloydminster. We called Sellers RV for trouble shooting, and they were able to help us find the problem by phone. They also fix our furnace the same day. We called them fews time and each time, they went above and beyond to help us without bringing the unit to the garage. Their knowledge was very helpful and much appreciated. They are kind people, and now we have some heat :) Thank you, Sellers RV :)
