My experience with this collision shop has been nothing short of difficult and underwhelming and my vehicle is still there. I can only hope that the repairs are done correctly and with fidelity. I began calling shortly after the holiday season for updates each time I called. I was told my vehicle needed a different part which was on backorder. Greg did not follow up with me for 2 weeks and was incredibly rude when I asked for updates. They are very slow with completing work. They must be understaffed or trained. Will not be bringing any vehicle for them to touch again
