World class customer service. Answered his phone on Thanksgiving Day and was able to procure the necessary parts to repair my in-laws washing machine at a reasonable price. Super nice guy. Super knowledgeable .

He has ripped me off and accuses me of lying to him tell him you have never brought him things that I have and will not backup his warranty I will never use this sorry individual again
