Chris was very professional and friendly, I had a great experience with the service. Abby was also very helpful and the money was deposited promptly without any issues. I would suggest disputing the prices with the dealers, their initial offer was far below the quote, but this is not Chris or the company’s fault, just dealers being dealers.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS !! Absolutely dreadful company. They are a very small company ( less than 10 employees) that will very convincingly make you feel that they are getting the best price for your car. They will tell you that they will assess your car and then put it on an online auction to get the best possible price. The reality is that they will offer your car to a few brokers who in turn will offer it to the dealers. You will then get offered a much lower price than their initial online valuation. Outstanding service, quick, transparent and comprehensive. In particular Chris, the vehicle inspector, deserves 5 stars: very knowledgeable, thorough, respectful and went to great lengths to secure the sale at an acceptable price. Collection went to plan as advised this morning. Well Done all involved.
