Everything went smoothly and they offer fair prices when purchasing your vehicle. My biggest complaint is the fact that they offer a $200 cash back bonus for anyone who refers someone to them, if they purchase their vehicle. BE WARNED IT TOOK MONTHS TO GET THEM TO FOLLOW THROUGH ON THAT PROMISE!!!! WE WERE REFERRED BY A FRIEND AND IT TOOK ALMOST A YEAR OF NUMEROUS EFFORTS TO GET SELL2NELSON TO ACTUALLY FOLLOW THROUGH WITH OUR FRIEND'S MONEY.

I worked with Phil and it was such an easy, pleasant experience. They came out to my home to view the car, take pics, and provided an offer that day. It was a fair price and better than what I had received at a couple of the dealerships. They returned to my house to pick up the car and give me the check. Such an easy transaction and professional. Would recommend them.
