Their communication skill is a top notch … They are very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and smooth transaction! I would definitely sell my other designer bags with them in the future! Extremely disappointed is an understatement. I submitted an Hermes bag and wallet for a quote and ticked all the boxes. Duster bag, lock and keys, authenticity card. I was given quotes for both but something felt off after I read that I would have been responsible for the $300 fee if the products werent legit. After some research I found that legit Hermes products do not come with authenticity cards and I unfortunately have a fake. If you have gentle used pre-owned luxury bag, I would recommend them. Initially, I was offered a quote and went through the process of authentication. Everything was explained throughly on what to expect and why a price offer would go down. Unfortunately, my bag wasn’t in a good enough condition and they decided not to buy. I was not upset.
