Super easy process! Inputted my vehicle information into their online tool and scheduled the pickup for two days later. The morning of, the driver called and confirmed before he drove over and then gave me a time of arrival. Showed when he said he would, paid me the agreed value, loaded up the car. Process couldn't have been easier!

The car I wanted to get rid of had a brand new set of tires on them that I wanted to keep. Knowing that they had to remain on the vehicle in order to tow it, I called several places to see if they would be able to tow the car and allow to come back to their facility to remove the wheels myself. 5 places all said "no" for one reason or another.
