Sent a mailer that looked exactly like a check, very very deceptive marketing. Not to mention the offer was only half of our appraised value lol.
They spam my mailbox with “offers” to purchase my home. I just had an appraisal completed and the joke offer from this company was over $150,000 less than what my appraisal came back with. Do not do business either them
