Poor prices, poor communication, poor experience. Found a local dealer that offered $2k more than what they did. Wouldnt recommend using them in the future.

Sold our car to JS Autohaus. It was so incredibly easy and pleasant. The person that came to pick up the car had a check in hand, had us sign a few documents, and was on his way in less than 10 minutes. Compare that to Carmax where you sit there for 2 - 3 hours while they take pictures, upload them for their buyers to review, take more pictures, etc…. We literally wasted hours.
