Ryan was great with helping me get the necessary documentation to sell my car. However, the actual selling process with whoever I was passed off to was than memorable. Previous reviews stated that they provide complimentary Ubers and nothing of the sort was remotely offered to me even after asking. Not even so much as a goodbye from the multiple men in the room. Eldar and Andrew were straight forward, patient and worked with me on my time frame. They bought my Tacoma for a fair price and paid me on the spot less my payoff. I 10/10 recommend them. It's a real legit offer. Do not mess with the stealership oh I mean dealership on the trade in values. You will get a bill of sale and you can use it to offset the sales tax on your new vehicle. It saved me over $3000.

Nice guys, however their offer came in lower than Carvana, Car Max, and local dealerships. Disappointing since all their ad’s say they beat all of those companies.
