The behavior exhibited by the representative at this location was unprofessional and created an unnecessarily uncomfortable experience. In the lobby, the representative failed to introduce themselves and engaged in conduct that included yelling, attempting to cause a scene in front of customers, and gaslighting, which was highly inappropriate and disruptive.
