Predatory behavuour. They just want to give you a good evaluation and low ball you on the day. Filled out the form online with all necessary information and got an evaluation similar to other places, booked in an appointment, got it inspected and they say the car is in good condition, everything looks good. But their "new software evaluates all cars with 0km on the odometer", which they are FULLY AWARE OF. Even though, 68k on the odometer isn't completely outrageous for a 10y car, they still offered a massively insulting low... read more
