I received a call back from this organization and the person who phoned was rude and dismissive regarding my questions. He stated that he was calling to make a time to come and evaluate my car that I was looking at selling and was trying to compare trade in prices to make an informed decision. We contacted sell my car for older car we wanted to get rid of & didn't want the hassle of going through carsales and trying to do it privately. Josh came out the next day & inspected our car, he gave us a very fair price for it which we were happy to accept and so thankful that they didn't lowball us. Unfortunately though as they ran a PSSR check, it showed that our car was a write off, which was a total shock for us to hear!
